Our Philosophy
Over the years the company’s principals have realized that in the end basis for a successful project is somewhat like the example - A three legged stool “a stool that props up someone or something” Example-ex:am:ple proununciation \ig-zam-pel\ – noun – an instance (serving as a problem to be resolved) serving to illustrate a rule or precept or to act as an exercise in the application of a rule.
A Contractor builds a relation based on trust, integrity, and personal interaction with our clients, service and the three key elements of the example mentioned above – “Price - Budget - Time”
Price: Provide competitive pricing for the market.
Budget: “Give the home owner, business owner, consultant or others involved the best quality materials specified and with the quality expected and in keeping in budget for the project”
At all times, if an insurance claim, give both the insurance carrier and Owner the best quality materials and quality installation within the policy limits.
Time: Prepare each estimate in a timely fashion, be responsive to the client and their schedule, and perform as promised in the scheduled time frame.
Goals for Insurance Claims:
- Prepare each claim in a timely manner and file all supplements as necessary upon signing of the contract.
- Assist the Owner on the front end to expedite the claim and or limit the damage due to a slow adjuster issue or timing issue with the carrier.
- Complete the installation of the project in a timely manner. If a residential project most roofs can be completed in one to two days (weather permitting).
- Complete the installation of a commercial roof or project on schedule, in the budget, and on time.
Price/Budget/Time
If any one of the three “Keys” to the project fails the project suffers.
Our firm strives to meet the goals set by our clients, and put forth in our philosophy, and know well that in today’s tough economic times and markets the three goals of “Price-Budget-Time” can make or break a project and it is why our employees strive to work with the home owner, business owner, insurance carrier, consultants and others to meet those goals.
Each of our employees works with the other team members (staff,owner, insurance carrier,consultant) to build the team and bring our philosophy into the project in some manner.
