ATTENTION ROOFING SALESMEN AND INSTALLERS:

JP Allen Company, with sales offices located in Houston, Austin, and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, is presently looking the following positions:

SALESMEN – We are looking for self starters working on a commission basis to sell roofing installations both commercial and residential. Experience preferred but will train the right person. Must have transportation, tools and ladders and be able to work heights.

Ideal Candidate has the following traits:

Punctual – Customer service oriented - Highly organized and motivated – Professional demeanor and dress – Has own tools/transportation - Multi-tasking ability – excellent communication skills – EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.

Salesmen will be required to generate their own leads and to take leads given them and develop them into sales. Commissions will be paid based on past sales experience and history. References preferred. Good estimating skills a plus when it comes to commercial sales. Knowledge of products and installation procedures is required of all applicants. Past history and background in the roofing industry is a plus for applicants.

INSTALLERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS – We are looking for trained, qualified roofers with the skills and knowledge of making all types of repairs in the commercial roofing industry.

Ideal Candidates have the following traits: Punctual – Customer Service oriented – Organized – Have to be able to assess repairs and probable costs to make repair – Has own tools and transportation – Familiar with all types of commercial roofing applications (membranes a plus) – Can work with others – excellent communication skills – EXPERIENCED ONLY NEED APPLY. REFERENCES A MUST –BILINGUAL IS A PLUS.
