John Allen, President

Mr. Allen’s father (former county commissioner of Frio County), instilled a strong sense of integrity in young John using the old adage, “Son, in this business-you’re only as good as your word!”

That quote has since shaped John’s career and reputation in the construction industry.

John started out in the family business in his youth riding around in a truck with his father and followed in his footsteps. Utilizing his background in construction technique and a business degree from Southwest Texas University, John went on to grow and start many successful companies during the years.

As President of JP Allen Co, he brings his 50 years of experience and leadership in the general construction industry to the firm. With over 140 major projects in his portfolio (and millions of square feet of construction, which includes small projects all the way up to building the first Enron Tower in Houston,) he has positioned the company to be flexible in its approach to the roofing and general construction industry.

Russell Allen, Vice President

Russell Allen has grown up in the contracting and construction industry alongside his father, and is well-acquainted with contracting and construction solutions.

Prior to starting his own successful home repair and construction business, Russell worked for several residential and commercial construction companies, mastering construction procedure and execution know-how before joining forces with his father.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Russell is confident that he can find a solution and guide clients over any obstacles.
